We are seeking a VP of Sales and Customer Success to be a key player in our leadership team. In this role reporting directly to the co-CEO, you'll lead and manage the global Sales and Customer Success teams, develop and execute effective sales strategies, oversee Customer Success operations, analyze sales data and customer feedback for strategic decisions, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide leadership and mentorship to the teams.
Key qualifications for success include proven experience in leadership roles within Sales and Customer Success, a track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction, excellent leadership and communication skills, an analytical mindset, familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools, and a strategic orientation aligning Sales and Customer Success with overall business objectives.
Key requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, 5 or more years of experience in leadership roles within Sales and Customer Success, demonstrated success in an omni-channel environment selling both software and hardware products, and a proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve targets.
